Report a missed bin

If you live in or have your business within the Municipalities of Malmö or Burlöv, you can report a missed bin collection here.

When your report has been received, we will contact the refuse collection contractor in your area. The contractor will arrange to come out and recollect your bin on the following weekday after the report was made, at the latest.

Our Customer Service is open Monday to Friday, 08.00-16.30. If you send a report at night, we will attend to it on the morning of the following weekday. Your complaint will be taken care of on the weekday after your report was made, at the latest.
