Sign up for electronic invoice delivery!

 

Did you know that VA SYD can deliver your invoices electronically? When you log in to your internet bank you will see your invoice on the screen. Now all you have to do is click to authorize payment of the invoice. All information for payment has already been filled in. No paper invoices or long OCR numbers! This service is free of charge. It's easy, eco-friendly, convenient and safe!

INSTRUCTIONS

The service requires that you have access to an internet bank and have payment services (betalservice). Log in to your internet bank and sign up for electronic invoices from VA SYD. You will find VA SYD among the invoice issuers.

Within a couple of days you will get confirmation via e-mail that we have received your registration. From now on, the invoices will be sent electronically to you. Your internet bank will send you a message when you have received a new invoice.

VA SYD is responsible for the right amount being sent to the bank and that the background material is correct. Information about paid invoices will remain for 18 months. If you want to, you can save the invoice on your computer and print it.
