On emptying day the tank should not be covered with a heavy lid.
To make it possible for our contractor to empty your tank, make sure on emptying day that the tank is:
Free of pots and other things that are in the way. Everything placed on the tank or blocking the way must be removed, or emptying cannot be carried out.
Marked. Put a stick, flag or similar by the tank so that it will be easy to find.
Accessible. Make sure that gates are unlocked and that the tank is easily accessible.
