Hyllie Water Park
Together with Malmö's Parks and Highways Department, VA SYD is building a picturesque, public water park next to the Hyllie water tower in Malmö. The City Tunnel station Hyllie, and the Malmö Arena are also close by. In the Hyllie Water Park, we hope that visitors will learn something new about water!
EDUCATIONAL PARK
In the park, visitors will be able to test, and observe for themselves, the many different uses and possibilities of water. The visitors pass through different water experiences, both sensual and experimental. The idea is that the visitor is stimulated into trying, sensing and thinking about water, its qualities and importance.
WATER HOUSE - INSPIRATION TO LEARN MORE
Visitors to the Water Park have the opportunity to learn more about water and environmental science.
- We are planning to build a water house in the park, says Eva Kristensson, Marketing Manager at VA SYD. It should be a place to inspire visitors of all ages to take an active part in protecting our environment.
An important message is to drink tap water as your natural choice. And to take care what you flush down the drain. Never throw cotton swabs or medications in the toilet or sink!
- We are really looking forward to meeting all our visitors at the Hyllie Water Park, and to our future water house, says VA SYD's Marketing Manager Eva Kristensson.
